Can’t recommend enough! Had the most perfect honeymoon! My other half had organised with Liv, from before we even set off, we had a lovely gift hamper and personalised itinerary and it just started the trip off in the most perfect way. Liv checked in with us throughout trip which was so nice of her. At every hotel we had a beautiful note which made it even more personable. Liv & Travel has booked two holidays for husband and I and we will continue to use them for every holiday! They managed to not only find cheaper prices but also managed to upgrade my room for me both times. Liv& Travel did a fantastic job of listening to what I was after and then suggesting and arranging a holiday which met all of my requirements.  I couldn't have booked the holiday any cheaper by going direct and I would have to of spent a lot of precious time doing so.  The staff have visited so many locations so that they can share their favourite experiences with their customers and provide excellent recommendations of where to stay, where to eat and what to do in your down time.
On arrival at the hotel, we received a message from Liv& Travel asking if everything was okay.  I really don't like to complain directly to hotel staff or be hostile but I did mention to Liv& Travel that our room was quite a lot smaller than we had expected and that we were a little disappointed.  The next time I walked past reception, the hotel staff mentioned that they had received a call from Liv& Travel and that they would be moving us to a better room whenever we were ready.
Fast forward thirty minutes and we were unpacking our bags in a room three times the size, whilst drinking a nice bottle of complimentary sparkling wine.

We can’t thank Liv and co enough for all their hard work planning our honeymoon/family adventure in Bali.

From the moment I contacted Liv she was amazing. Super responsive to my texts and always on hand to give advice and reassurance especially with restrictions and airport worries.

Liv was happy to listen to our ideas but also guide us when we weren’t sure. They got it spot on for us, we loved every minute of our trip and wouldn’t hesitate to use Liv and Travel again…in fact I am, for a girly weekend in Italy this time.

I don’t really tend to leave reviews. However, it would simply be criminal to not acknowledge how fantastic the service from Liv&Travel is. Most agents will find you a holiday and leave it at that - Liv&Travel not only get to know you to truly understand what will suit you, but then go out of the way to find the best deal, stay in touch with you throughout the holiday to check all is well AND help to deal with any issues you may have by contacting the hotel directly (which is going way beyond duty!). This was not a one off experience for me- I have used Liv several times and now my friends do to. The service is so so personal and it is ALWAYS service with enthusiasm. Liv and travel, found them on Instagram. I was looking at many other companies before I found Liv and travel. I am so happy to find this company! Other companies were just not as exciting and helpful as Liv and travel are. As we want our first Honeymoon to be the best especially lock down wedding we weren't able to travel. Liv understood my situation! This company has helped me from start to finish. When I say finish, not when you are due to fly out. They will keep in touch with you till end of your journey. From the start Liv has helped me with various of options for our trip to be good memory! After numerous of changing holidays due to weather conditions and availablity. We decided to go with Santorini. Liv has put together everything that I asked for and Liv made that happened. Myself and my wife had the BEST honeymoon ever!!
